Dr. Alison Volturo
Dr. Volturo couldn’t stay away from the veterinary field after graduating from Northeastern in 2013 and exploring a career in the entertainment industry. She rekindled her love of veterinary medicine working as a technician prior to returning to school and graduating from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019.
Before joining WAHPR, Dr. Volturo practiced at a small animal hospital onthe north shore, developing special interests in ophthalmology and surgery. Originally from Princeton, Dr. Volturo made the move to WAHPR to be close to family and to serve the community she grew up in.
In her spare time, Dr. Volturo loves going on adventures with her husband, daughter, and two dogs, as well as spending time with extended family and friends.
