What to Expect at Your Veterinary Appointment
If you know what to expect at your pet's first appointment, the process will be easier and more pleasant for you and your animal companion.
We ask you to arrive approximately 10 minutes early to fill out our New Patient Form. To save time, you can fill out the New Patient Form in advance online.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our knowledgable team members will review your pet's history and discuss their issues. We will dedicate as much time as needed to address any questions or concerns you have.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
After your pet has been examined, we will give you a diagnosis and treatment options. Your vet will closely work with you to determine the treatment plan for your companion.
Once your visit is over, we will develop a detailed report that will include the diagnosis, the discussion we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We will keep this information on file for when you require it.

We expect payment in full at the time of your pet's discharge or when services are provided. We accept payments by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?
- Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
Prior to your pets' treatment, we will give you an estimation of the cost of our services. Although, unforeseen circumstances may arise that impact your final bill.
We always discuss our written estimates with clients before they leave our hospital, and require a deposit based on our estimate before continuing with any further treatment.
- Should I call ahead to book an appointment?
- What is your appointment cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can give the time slot in our schedule to other clients.

We treat all small domestic pets including cats and dogs. We also help your exotic pets such as birds, rabbits, reptiles, and rodents.

- What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?
We require an upfront deposit payment for all emergency examinations. After the staff and doctors have examined your pet, an estimate for treatment will be given to you in order to determine a treatment plan.
